Thanks Lee - I use two different software packages - 1) The Polar ProTrainer 5 software that came with my Polar CS600 power meter for graphs to post to the website and analyze workouts visually. That's where I get almost all of the screen captures posted here. 2) TrainingPeaks WKO+ for the overall data statistics and trends (weekly, monthly, avg power analysis, predicted performance graph). I have found the individual workout graphs in TrainingPeaks to be too hard to look at and figure out anything useful.

Hey ktoone, the race itself wasn't disappointing - just my goof-up at the end was very disheartening/sinking feeling. Overall, it was an excellent race with excellent results from my teammates.
