		<description><![CDATA[Yes, if you go up through Cahaba Heights, Pumphouse, Shades Crest, then you have a few longer downhills to give you a bit of a break. But if you turn around at the bottom and go backwards through Tanglewood, Vesclub, and then to the top on Vestavia Dr, the whole climb gains over 700 vertical feet with even more climbing because of the couple short downhills in about 2.5 miles. It is also a 20 percenter with a stretch on Vesclub that is over 20% for less than 0.1 miles. And that climb is also super close to my house. No wonder I love climbing so much!]]></description>
