Quick summary – my teammate Justin Bynum won the Cat 3 race from a four-man break. He looked strong all race! My race was cancelled due to a thunderstorm with nearly constant lightning. Also, I’ve posted pictures below from Justin’s race and from yesterday’s Road Atlanta race.

Cleared it yesterday, but got stuck at this spot today. Since I was already unclipped I decided to take some pics of the trail. If anyone is interested in trying it, the current line is right, middle, left, middle. The Karl Daly manatees are getting into the Halloween spirit. Every now and then I go through phases where I'm fascinated with the Garmin elevation profile for various routes. On this profile from my direct vesclub commute, notice how much deeper the Little Shades Creek valley (left) is than the Shades Creek valley (right).
